Chipboard



Chipboard is made by gluing wood particles together with an adhesive then heating it and putting it under pressure to squeeze the wood together to give it a relatively smooth finish. Used mainly for worktops which would then be laminated for a nice finish.

What We Carry

  • Chipboard flooring

    We keep in stock both 18mm and 22mm moisture resistant flooring. These both come in sizes of 2400mmx600mm (8ftx2ft). These are mainly used in loft conversions and in bathrooms. They are also tongue and groove so that they just slot together.

  • Chipboard

    We keep in stock sheets of chipboard in 8ftx4ft sizes and the thicknesses are 12mm and 18mm.
